Home Prices Surge Notably in the Market for the First time in 6 years

Real Estate prices rise significantly

A mass of America home prices jumped  5% in September compared with a year ago, the biggest spread year-over-year upsurge since July 2006.

The increase stated by CoreLogic offered more evidence of a sustainable housing rebound.  Some of the massive increases were in states that underwent the worst from the housing bust.
